1/2 jalapeno pepper (1/2 oz or 15 g), seeds removed and sliced (optional)

1Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2Combine the avocado oil with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp with half of the spice mixture and set aside. Toss the bell pepper, onion, and jalapeno pepper (optional) with the remaining spice mixture.
3Place the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray and cook for 7 minutes.
4Turn the vegetables over and move slightly to the side. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray with the vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
5Carefully remove the shrimp and vegetables from the air fryer and serve immediately.
