- 5 zucchinis (600 g)
- 1 cup (112 g) of coconut flour
- 2 Tablespoons (14 g) of onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons (20 g) of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) of paprika
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) of salt
- Black pepper, to taste
1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2Cut the zucchini ensuring the inner fleshy parts are mostly removed and discarded. Then slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch sticks.
3Combine the coconut flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add the zucchini sticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4Spread the sticks evenly on a greased baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
5Shake the tray and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
