- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon (3 g) of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) of salt

1Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2Toss the jicama fries with the avocado oil, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl until completely coated.

3Place the seasoned jicama fries in a single layer, without touching, in the air fryer basket or tray. (If needed, cook the fries in several batches.)

4Cook the fries for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the fries are golden and cooked through.
