- 10 blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon (4 g) of sliced almonds [use coconut flakes for AIP]
- 1/2 red onion (55 g), cut into thin slices
- 1 Tablespoon (2 g) of parsley
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
