- 1 cup (80 g) of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut butter
- 1 Tablespoon (6 g) of turmeric powder
- Stevia or erythritol, to taste
1Melt the coconut butter slightly.
2Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust the ingredients so that it fits your tastes and the mixture isn’t too crumbly. Add in some coconut oil if needed.
3Pack into ice cube trays or other molds and set in the freezer for 2 hours.
